Modelcom announces the appointment of Luca Guévremont as Chief Executive Officer. This transition is part of a structured succession plan, initiated in recent years by founder Luc Vincent, after more than 30 years building and developing businesses.

Luca joined Modelcom at the very start of his career, in 1999, and has been a Partner since 2011. He brings over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and business modelling. He previously held the position of Vice-President, Valuations and Business Modelling at Ernst & Young, and Director of Financial Planning at ArcelorMittal. His background combines deep expertise in FP&A systems and processes with a recognized ability to translate financial data into strategic decisions.
